Paul has a long background dealing with the senior management of listed and unlisted corporations on public market strategy and has extensive experience in the entire lifespan of a publicly listed entity, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases and sales, restructures and capital raises. He is a proven leader and business strategist with an intimate knowledge of financial markets and corporate governance issues.
Tim has 30 years of investment experience and was the Founder and CEO of Fortitude Capital, which won numerous industry awards, including the AIMA 2008 & 2009 Hedge Fund of the Year during the GFC. He has managed money for family offices, managed funds and investment banks with a core focus on Australian equities and derivatives. Di is a geologist & energy finance professional with over 30-years experience in energy markets, corporate advisory, finance & communications. Career experience spans oil & gas, EVs, battery materials, mining, renewables, asset management & financial services.
During a long career in energy finance she held senior executive equity research & credit roles for international investment banks at Citi, Credit Lyonnais Securities Asia (CLSA), Barclays de Zoete Wedd (BZW) and Westpac Institutional Bank. She was also Head of Global Investor Relations for ASX listed Dart Energy.

Marc has had a broad career across the life-science industry, having worked in it for over 25 years.
He began his career running a quasi-commercial/academic laboratory, where he was involved in the research, development, clinical trialling and regulatory approval of new medical devices. He then moved to a life-science start-up as Head of Product Development, ultimately obtaining FDA approval for the company’s flagship product (Quest Diagnostics acquired the company for ≈AUD66m). Post the start-up, Marc spent his time providing specialist consulting services to venture capital companies, listed and unlisted life-science companies, providing company analysis for various uses, and investing in the ASX-listed life-science sector.
For the last 10+ years, Marc has been the Senior Life-science Analyst at Lodge Partners, a boutique stockbroking firm, with an excellent record in the life-science sector. He believes that what gives him an advantage in the sector is that he has extensive experience in doing the activities he now analyses. Lara Smith has been an analyst for over fifteen years, starting her career as an equity analyst at Foord Asset Management and then as the lead analyst as for the Steinmetz Group, Group, where she was responsible for sourcing, analyzing and evaluating potential mining acquisitions in Africa and the Baltic regions.
